The Kübler-Ross model is a five stage model (also known as the five stages of grief) representing a series of emotions experienced by terminally ill patients prior to death, or people presented by the loss of a loved one, wherein the five stages are denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. This model is widely used in psychology but can also applies to the fields of organizational change, human resources or change management.
