If you need to create a PowerPoint online and you don’t have MS Office, don’t worry. Microsoft has a new online version of PowerPoint available from SkyDrive and originally named Office Web Apps. The best of this news is that you can create PowerPoint presentations online for free. You don’t need the MS Office license to use this version of PowerPoint and it allows you to create a normal PowerPoint presentation that can be shared and exported to desktop PowerPoint or shared with colleagues.
To create a PowerPoint online go to SkyDrive. If you don’t have an account you can create one for free. Learn how to create an Outlook.com account.
Click on Create and then new PowerPoint Presentation.
Then enter a name for your new presentation.
Now you can select a Theme.
Then you can customize the theme from different variants.
Now you can start editing your presentation.
Finally, if you want to embed your PPT online, you can click on File and then Share options. Here you will see an Embed link.
From now, you can continue working on your presentation. Moreover, you can export this presentation to your desktop PowerPoint 2007 or 2010.
