To begin converting documents click ‘Batch’ from the top toolbar, add files to the queue and select a preferred format. The below image shows how you can convert multiple PDF documents to a desired format using Able2Extract. Once the document and conversion format has been selected, pick an output folder and enter the CAPTCHA and click Convert. During the testing process we were required to enter a CAPTCHA for batch conversion.
Single Document Conversion
To convert individual documents, open the PDF file and select the page range to convert. To convert all pages select ‘All’ or to specify page range go to Edit and ‘Select Page Range’. Once done, select a document conversion format from the icons on the top toolbar.
Quick & Smooth Document Conversion
Overall, the document conversion process was quite quick and smooth and the PDF files were instantly converted to PowerPoint files in a matter of just a few seconds. The below image shows PDF documents converted to other formats.
